Our process:
Thoughtful, yet tailored
First, we lay a foundation and establish consistency
Your coach will ask you important questions to learn more about how to best help you achieve your business goals. You will have scheduled consistent meetings where you will learn and apply techniques that your coach feels will elevate your performance the most.
Second, we set you up for success through check ins and habit tracking
You will receive a membership to an app that allows you to track habits, practice and apply techniques learned during sessions. You will also communicate with your coach outside of the scheduled meetings in order to give you the highest likelihood of success.
Third, we encourage coach collaboration
You will have the option of meeting with other coaches if your coach feels their specialties apply to your performance (ex: meet with our mental imagery specialist to customize an imagery script and recording to increase your performance)
Fourth, we provide specialist opportunities
You will have the option of meeting with our specialists if your coach feels their specialties apply to your performance/business (ex: meet with our social media expert to learn how to optimize your social media engagement for your business)
