Elevate Coaching was founded in 2021, but the founders bring in 50 collective years of coaching experience. The mission is to elevate the performance of others through extraordinary coaches.

Dr. Rachel Wilson
Dr. Rachel Wilson has 15 years of experience in elite performance coaching, varying from mentorship and public speaking engagements to private practice therapy. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and her Master's and Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology.
Ronny Wilson
Ronny Wilson has 23 years of experience in elite performance coaching, varying from public speaking and sports coaching to business mentorship and sales coaching. Ronny has had success investing in multiple businesses, and co-founded Icon Real Estate Group, which has now become a top 1% real estate company in the nation.
Dr. Tressa Solovy
Dr. Tressa Solovy has 12 years of experience in elite performance coaching, varying from grade school, professional and Olympic athletes, to U. S. Army Soldiers, Financial Traders and Medical Surgeons. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and French, and her Master's and Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology.

Invested Relationships
Research has shown time and time again that the biggest determinant of success in a coach-client relationship is simply the relationship itself. If a client has a coach who they feel genuinely has their best interest at heart, they are much more likely to succeed at their goals.

Structured Consistency
Through previous research in the field, as well as our own experiences with clients, we have seen the most consistent achievement when clients remain consistent and frequent with their coaching. This is why all of our sessions are through packages of multiple sessions- the combination most likely to set up our clients for success.
