Aaron grew up in Tacoma, Washington, and has continued to stay in the Pacific Northwest, where he currently resides.
Previous Experience?
Aaron’s experience in leadership development spans over 25 years. He has his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Business, a Minor in Mathematics, and Post Graduate Degree in Machine Learning. He has worked with a wide variety of clients including working with Fortune 500 companies as both a consultant and a leader.
He has built a team and a technology platform from nothing to a team of over 400 people that has created 10s of millions of dollars in business value,
as well as ample leadership growth and career opportunities.
Philosophy on success?
Aaron believes one of the biggest contributors to success is trust, which is built through competence, results, and character. He believes trust is the foundation to any high performing team and leader, and he takes pride in creating and fostering that trusting foundation within his coaching relationships. He values people and relationships highly and feels authenticity is necessary to develop relationships in life and business.
