Evelyn grew up in Renton, Washington. Evelyn lives a very active life, and The Pacific Northwest has provided some great surroundings for her to enjoy some of her favorite activities, such as horseback riding, lifting weights, boating and surfing with her family.
When Evelyn first began her journey in fitness, she was trying to get back to her “pre-baby” body after her youngest child had just turned one. She experienced many ups and downs throughout this process, including moments where she was unsure if she could or even wanted to continue. It was not easy, but she fully immersed herself in a new lifestyle and never looked back.
Evelyn's personal fitness journey sparked a newfound passion and a decision to continue education in fitness and health, eventually completing certifications with NASM and Opex, CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Pain Free Performance, Weightlifting, and Nutrition Coaching. Since then, she has gone on to create her own gym and training business, where she is able to consistently exercise her passion to help others find happiness in life and feel good about themselves. She believes that when someone feels good, they excel in life.

Evelyn believes a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights and doing cardio, and she approaches elite wellbeing coaching with this mindset. She loves helping others discover what their bodies are capable of with hard work. She believes success is not a singular thing, but instead, a process.
Evelyn uses this strategy with her own elite coaching clients, and it has led to huge success stories, such as helping a client lose over 100 pounds through the implementation of healthy movement, positive thinking, and creating new habits. Through Evelyn’s relentless determination and ability to overcome adversity, she has helped many clients reach their goals and elevate their lives.
